54-5602    DEFINITIONS.

DEFINITIONS.As used in this chapter:

(1)"Board" means the Idaho state board of ethicists.

(2)"Ethicist" or "social ethicist" or “bioethicist” or “medical ethicist” or “clinical ethicist” or “business ethicist” are interchangeable terms and means a person licensed under the provisions of this chapter.

(3)"Licensure board" means the ethicist licensure board established by this chapter.

(4)"Provisionally licensed ethicist" means a person provisionally licensed under the provisions of this chapter.
